Hello there! 👋 Are you the new Customer Success Lead Officient is looking for?

Officient has demonstrated product-market fit, growing in 4 years to over 20k customers. Our aim is to help HR create a better experience for all employees, providing tools to analyze and improve their human capital, while simultaneously reducing HR administration.

Customer Success is the foundation of our own success: we cannot exist unless our customers receive great value from our product. Everything we do, evolves around customer centricity. As Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for setting the overall vision and strategic plan to drive product adoption and enhance the customer experience. 🚀


🤓 Main responsibilities

  • Leading a world class team. You will lead, coach and inspire our Customer Success Team by sharing learnings, defining initiatives, and run the day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Customer Success Management. You will act as a trusted and strategic advisor to our key/major customers, or to those with whom we have significant future potential if we take the right actions. You will be our expert in the more complex customer use cases, needs and business outcomes to proactively identify how our product, services and value proposition can best drive and support our customers’ journey.
  • Process improvement & optimization. You will have the opportunity to use your Customer experience and expertise to improve existing processes and find new ways to improve customers' use and engagement. You will work closely with our Partner Success Team and our Product team.


Job requirements

👂 Does this sound like you?

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer- facing role
  • Experience in identifying, coaching and mentoring high-performing team members
  • Ability to influence and communicate with all stakeholders
  • Critical and analytical thinker
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to drive multiple projects from beginning to end
  • Fluent communication skills in Dutch & English, both written and spoken

  • Experience in leading a successful Customer Success team
  • Experience in HR/Payroll
  • Knowledge of French
