As a Digital Marketeer at Officient, you are responsible for building different types of campaigns to acquire leads and grow Officient brand awareness amongst our target audience. Your aim is to help our sales team convert potential leads into paying customers. Through experimentation, you learn, iterate, and create results. You are eager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
Your main responsibilities
Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy based on SEO, email, social media and advertising campaigns
Continuously optimize our website traffic & conversion funnel
Measure the performance of the digital marketing strategy, draw conclusions and improve where possible.
Communicate with and report to management about marketing goals and performance (KPIs & ROI)
Keep up to date with the latest relevant digital marketing trends and implement where beneficial.
Fluent in Dutch and English. French and other language skills would be an advantage
You have about 2 years direct, hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns, specifically SEA and SMM
You create, execute, test, manage and deliver SEA and SMM and perform daily tests to optimize CPC, CPA and ROAS
You have experience with creating and managing paid search and paid social media campaigns (Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
You apply a test & scale approach by formulating optimization plans, building test scenarios, learning from what fails and scaling what works
You test and measure everything we put online- from email subject lines to product offerings, and conduct buyer journey analytics in order to improve our conversion rates
You regularly update KPIs and dashboards demonstrating our performance; analyze results and provide learnings and recommendations on how to improve the performance of new campaigns
You work with tools such as Google Ads, Tag Manager, Optimize, Data Studio or Zapier and you regularly stay on the pulse of which tactics and tools are new and emerging to improve our online presence
Detail-oriented and data-driven: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
