Partner Account Manager

Job description

As a Partner Account Manager at Officient, you are responsible for managing and developing relationships with our preferred partners (typically payroll providers). Your aim is to ensure the successful roll-out and implementation of Officient as an HR-tool for the partners’ end customers. In a role that combines account management, project management and change management, you have a central impact on the scalability of Officient towards thousands of end customers.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear project approach per partner (in Belgium as well as internationally), with milestones and responsibilities

  • Track progress per partner via KPIs and conduct regular reviews

  • Guide change management among the partners’ employees together with partner top management and develop change methodologies (eg workshops, individual sessions,...)

  • Attract new end customers using a sales & marketing approach (eg organize information sessions, guide communication, deliver engaging product demos)

  • Coordinate collaboration within Officient towards the partner (eg with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing team)

Requirements

  • Your experience

    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Partner Manager, or relevant role

    • Proven ability to build and manage customer account relationships

    • Proven ability to establish and optimize operational processes related to customer account management

    • Strong customer success skills and demonstrated ability to work through difficult conversations to maintain and develop relationships

    • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

    • Fluent in Dutch and English. French and other language skills would be an advantage
