Partner Success Manager

Officient has demonstrated product-market fit, growing in 5 years to over 22k customers. Our aim is to help HR create a better experience for all employees, providing tools to analyze and improve their human capital, while simultaneously reducing HR administration.

As a Partner Success Manager at Officient, you will establish and ensure successful relationships with our partners: payroll providers. In a role that combines account management, project management and change management, you'll have a central impact on the scalability of Officient towards thousands of additional end customers. 🚀

🤓 Main responsibilities

• Position yourself as the go-to person for our partners
• Ensure a successful implementation of Officient as an HR-tool for the partners’ end customers
• Provide second line support for our partners’ employees
• Track progress per partner via KPIs and conduct regular reviews
• Guide change management, in cooperation with the partners' management, to support the partners’ employees (eg by developing workshops, individual sessions,...)
• Work together with our Product team as you’ll be the SPOC for our partners concerning all product related questions and requests
• Use a coordinated sales & marketing approach (incl giving demos) in collaboration with our Partner Account Manager to attract new end customers
