Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job description

As an SDR at Officient, you play a major part in the company’s overall growth.

You will get the opportunity to excel in generating highly qualified sales leads.

You will collaborate strategically with our marketing and sales team to identify, research and target the right companies. 

You will help many HR & Office managers focus on people, priorities and what matters most. 

This way you will have a central impact on the scalability of Officient towards thousands of end customers.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Look for smart ways to prospect and collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure a sales funnel full of quality leads

  • Find the relevant contacts within those companies and reach out via email, LinkedIn, smoke signals, phone or whatever is necessary.

  • Build up connections, qualify prospects & set up meetings for sales

  • Attain your sales targets and boost your sales co-workers

Requirements

  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • You speak fluent Dutch (native level) and English (professional level). French is a plus
