Sales Executive

Officient has demonstrated product-market fit, growing in 4 years to over 22k+ customers. Our aim is to help HR create a better experience for all employees, providing tools to analyze and improve their human capital, while simultaneously reducing HR administration. As Sales Executive, you’ll help many HR & Office managers focus on people, priorities and what matters most. Aka: you'll show excel aficionados how they can focus more on their colleagues and not on admin. 🙏

🤓 Main responsibilities

• Close deals
• When a colleague asks if you need something from the store - you say ‘some MRR please’

Just kidding, here’s the real deal:

• Work together with our SDRs in a high-speed tandem 
• Shape the future of Officient’s mission with your perspectives, creative ideas, and skills
• Identify the needs of potential new customers and translate our software and features into the right business value for them
• Give (mostly) online demos of our HR tool, follow up your demos carefully and report on a regular basis 
• Share external market insights and feedback from prospects and customers to the Product and Marketing team
• Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Hubspot and other sales tools to help you focus on selling, instead of administration
• Close the deal and get an incredible kick out of achieving your goals 🏆

👂 Does this sound like you?

• Eager to learn with an experimental mindset
• 3+ years of experience as Sales (preferably in a SaaS environment)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starting & honest with unmatched selling and closing skills
• Fluent communication and writing skills in Dutch and English

🤩 Amazing bonus points 

• Experience in HR/Payroll
• Knowledge of French
