Hello there! 👋 Are you the new Sales Lead Officient is looking for?

Officient has demonstrated product-market fit, growing in 5 years to over 23k customers. Our aim is to help HR create a better experience for all employees, providing the tools to analyze and improve their human capital, while reducing HR administration.

As Sales Lead at Officient you’ll have a direct and important impact on our company growth. Together with our world class sales team you’ll reach for greater heights by accelerating all sales processes, all in strong co-operation with all teams and with C-level, resulting in highly influencing the HR landscape in the Benelux! 🚀

🤓 Main responsibilities

  • Lead a world class team. Lead, coach, challenge and inspire our talented Sales Team. You will share learnings, define initiatives, and run the day-to-day operations. Guide the team in becoming better Sales trough coaching. You’ll also implement, follow & monitor the team's KPIs and adjust when and where needed
  • Use your sales expertise to take the lead in improving our current sales strategy, negotiate deals, introduce new - creative - ideas to help us maximize sales. Build upon existing strategies that have lead to great results already
  • Lead by example. Have a clear hunger for giving companies demo's to show them the added value of our tool, follow-up on potential customers, and be driven to negotiate and closing deals yourself. The tougher the deal, the more determined you are to close it! 😎
  • Keep track. Make sure there is progression in deals. What deals will be closed? What deals are blocked and how can we solve this? Take the lead in improving strategies and alleviating pain points along the way
  • Strategic input. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Dare to make decisions and go for it 🚀
  • Be the sales SPOC, both internally to all other teams, as externally to our partners, resellers and other key stakeholders

Job requirements

👂 Does this sound like you?

  • Experience in a similar position of at least 5 years in a Sales position in a B2B environment
  • Strong commercial drive and attitude, negotiating skills, and clear appetite for closing deals
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and action-oriented mindset
  • Excellent prioritizing abilities and organisational skills
  • Strong motivational skills to lift the morale of the sales team whenever needed
  • Proven ability to use the strategy to drive sales and maximise its revenue
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English with proven ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
